We are more than just a gaming platform. petronas99 is built with one goal — to deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable online casino experience for every player in Malaysia.
Petronas99 started with a simple question: why can't Malaysian players enjoy a world-class casino experience from the comfort of their own home, without worrying about security or game integrity? That question drove a group of industry professionals to build a platform truly designed for local users.
Today, petronas99 has become one of the most trusted names in Malaysia's online gambling industry. We offer over 2,000 game titles — spanning slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, bingo, lucky numbers, and more — all accessible from a single integrated account.
What sets us apart from other platforms goes beyond just the number of games we offer. It's about how we manage every aspect of the platform — from the speed of deposit and withdrawal processing, the quality of customer support, to full transparency in every game round. We believe player trust is our most valuable asset, and we take that responsibility seriously.
The petronas99 platform is not simply a foreign platform translated into Malay. We designed every element with the specific needs and habits of Malaysian users in mind. The payment methods we support — including FPX, local bank transfers, and popular digital wallets — were chosen based on what Malaysian players find most convenient and familiar.
Our customer support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — and can assist in Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, and English. That means you can get help in the language you're most comfortable with, whenever you need it.
All games on petronas99 use a random number generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by independent third parties. For Live Casino games, dealers operate openly in front of HD cameras — no manipulation, no pre-recorded footage. Every result is genuine and verifiable.
We are also committed to responsible gaming practices. petronas99 provides control tools that allow players to set daily or weekly deposit limits, loss limits, and mandatory cool-off periods. These aren't just add-on features — they are part of our platform's DNA, because we believe gaming should remain fun entertainment, not a burden.

Every time we make a decision — whether about the game providers we choose, the payment methods we support, or how we handle player complaints — the first question we ask is: "Is this the best outcome for our players?"
